Japan Festival
Last saturday was a beautiful day to go out.
It was 37-38 deg but I really love Summer!
So, it was not problem for me AT ALL!!!
In a morning,
my husband and I went to North Sydney Market.
It was HOT but we found good stuff
to use in a kitchen.
And they were so cheap, too!
My husband doesn't like Market
but I really enjoyed.
Then we went to Japan festival at Darling Harbor
with our friend Mochy.
I was looking forward to eat Takoyaki.
Takoyaki is a ' octopus ball'.
Some people don't like it
because of appearance.
But I love it!
I didn't expect that but we could watch Yosakoi!
Yosakoi is very famous festival in Japan.
Yosakoi Festival is held for four days every year in Kochi,where is next to my home town Ehime, Japan. People dance passionately to the Yosakoi music. It's like a Carnival!!Costumes worn at Yosakoi Festival vary from traditional Happi and Kimono to modern ones. Also modern music like Rock n' Roll , Samba, Club (Disco) Music and Enka (Japanese Popular Songs) have become popular now, as well as the traditional Yosakoi music. 
Their dance made me homesick...!

毎年高知新聞の人がクライアントを招待してるよ…大変そうやけどね、仕事やけん･･･。
来年は在阪新聞社の人たちと徳島新聞の人に頼んで阿波踊りに出ようかと計画中♪

Great to hear about your adventures. It is always great to have experiences that remind you of home. Such a warm familiar feeling.
I'm 'home' in Adelaide at the moment, visiting family and friends. Rob and I will be travelling to India in a few weeks but will be sure to keep in touch.
