He loves a beef bowl !!

Do you know a ' Beef bowl' ??
It is a one of popular food in Japan.
We called ' Gyu-don' in Japanese.

Donburi ( Don ) is a bowl of cooked rice with various topings.
Gyu-don is a bowl of rice with beef.
Usually, we use thin beef.
It is not like nomal beef for steak.
In here, it is difficult to get thin beef.
But my mother in law, she likes thin beef.
So she sometimes buy that in Korean market.
2weeks ago, she bought thin beef then gave us some.

So...
We cooked beef bowl (*'ー'*)

My husband loves a beef bowl !!!!!

When I lived in Japan, he visited me a few times.
He always asked me,
" Shall we go out to eat beef bowls??"
or
" Let's go to eat doughnuts! "
........ not to watch a movie or something like a date.
Eventually, we went to eat a beef bowl last X'mas.

How romantic!!!!!

Anyway, he really enjoyed a beef bowl.

Let's make rice cakes☆

Last sunday, my husband and I joined "rice cakes party" at his friend's house.
In Japan, we make rice cakes for new years day.
But lately, it is getting change. Many people buy rice cakes from shops.
Rice cakes, we called 'MOCHI' , are made from mochi rice
which is stickier than nomal rice.

This is mochi rice.

His friend's name is Mocchy.
Mocchy's sister came over his place last month.
She brought a bread making machine for him from Japan.
That machine is so cool!!
You can make a bread and a rice cake as well!
I know it sound fanny but it's true.

We made ( actually, machine made) rice cakes.
Our friend Masami made a soup for rice cakes.
We called the dich ' OZOUNI'
Usualy, we eat 'ozouni' in winter.
(also new year's day)

Masami&her husband are cooking...... OZOUNI

Yummy

Something you are proud of......

In our English class, we play conversation game.
Roll a dice first, then you can have a topic from a board.

I talked about
"what did you do last weekend?"
"your frightening experience"
"something you make laugh" etc.
We also have other questions.

I haven't had a topic that "something you are proud of".
I'm not sure if I have that topic, what I will talk...
But I'm sure my husband are really proud of his car!

This is not a good photo....
but doesn't matter.
This is Skyline GTR.
One of his favourite car.
I think it's cost so expensive for petrol....
I always tell him about that
but he never listen to me!!!
(`へ´)

This car used to his car.
Nissan pulsar.
But it broke down(*^▽^*)
When I drove this car,
I felt always scary and terrible.
Because this car stopped
just middle of a intersection.
Oh, it was just awful.
When this car stopped and broke down finaly,
my husband got a big shock but I was so happy.
No more worries about this car!

Now new "NIPISM"........

We have a brand-new car !!!!!

I know he does not really like this car because too small to him, he think.

but I love this cuty little car!

Oh, now I know.

I'm proud of this new sweet economical car!
